I knew I needed this as soon as I saw it available on Sephora.com. This is an eye shadow primer that color corrects and primes lids according to skin tone, creating a smooth, even base for audacious eye looks.

The color is really nice. I have the color fair. I think it covers up veins discoloration and such on the lids. The texture reminds me of the MAC Paint Pots. I feel like it didn’t blend as smoothly as I wanted. It could be because it is in this type of application form. The best way for me to do it is to apply it to my finger and then blend it out on my lids. This definitely makes the eyeshadow lock into place. See my picture below. The pigmentation shows up way better on the areas that I applied this eyeshadow primer. As you can see I also tried to wipe it all off with a makeup wipe and the stuff doesn’t budge. It really does lock it into place.
Now..my only issue with this primer is (in my experience) by the end of the day my eyeshadow looks crackly and everything attached to my dry patches and my eyelids looked old. I have dry skin and the MAC Paint Pots do the same thing. I think if you have normal or oily skin you will love this! I am sad because I really like it at first but throughout the day it just didn’t work on my dry skin.
